Prior to the Program I had high cholesterol, which I was on medication for. I also had high blood pressure, joint pain, low energy, poor libido, and trouble sleeping. Within three months of joining the Program, my cholesterol went from 278 to 180, and I was able to completely come off the medication.

I am a 66-year-old male who was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in November of 2012. Initially, I went to see a Rheumatologist. At that time the doctor told me not to worry, they had “medication [drugs] which would help control the symptoms and make my life and joint pain more manageable.”

The stated effect of the drugs from the doctor was to “lower my body’s auto-immune system, to counteract its effects on my joints.” I believed that I needed my immune system, so that did not seem like a very good alternative.

[In a presentation in Cancun,] Dr. Dzugan told me from the beginning that “yes, there is a cure for RA,” and that “no, you do not have to give up your health to get it.” I signed up for the Program [as soon as I could. After being on the program,] in addition to the RA going away, I have lost over 30 pounds, and have not been sick [no colds, flu, not even a sniffle] since beginning the Program. My energy levels are back and I no longer need to sleep my life away.

After I retired, I was feeling sluggish and sometimes depressed. I discovered Dr. Dzugan’s Program, and within just three months, my cholesterol dropped by 25 points, I lost 11 pounds without even trying, and I had much more energy. After eleven months on the Program, my total cholesterol was down by 39 points, to 180, and my triglycerides were down 43 points to 119. The depression is long gone, and I feel better than I have in years.

I had my third child via C-section at age 37. I also had a tubal ligation during the surgery. Once my cycle returned, it was horrendous!!! It was every two weeks and the bleeding was very heavy. Of course I was tired, and not sleeping well even after the baby started sleeping through the night; no libido, weight gain, cravings, moodiness, and not much desire to do anything really. When I started my Program I began to notice results within the first couple of weeks. I began sleeping better, and because my cycle was returning to normal, the cravings and irritability that went along with it started to mellow.

I am grateful that I feel like the old me again: the me that enjoys life, laughs, jokes, and can work and play hard.
